In-Wall Wire Concealment
Most wall-mounted aquariums leave a bundle of cords running down your wall to the nearest outlet. We don't. Every power cable, data line, and sensor wire is fished through the wall cavity and terminated at a concealed junction — the same way a custom home theater is wired.
The result is a wall that looks like a painting. No raceways. No surface conduit. No visible hardware of any kind. Just the tank, the frame, and the ocean behind it.

Upload a photo of your wall at checkout. We verify outlet proximity, stud spacing, and wall material before confirming your install.
Kit Ships to Installer
Your complete install kit — tank, hardware, and accessories — ships directly to your assigned installer, not your door.
Install Day
Your installer arrives with everything needed. Average install time is 3–5 hours depending on wall type and wire routing.
Sign-Off & Enjoy
Installer walks you through the system, you sign off on completion, and the ocean is officially on your wall.
We Review Your Wall Before We Ship
At checkout, you'll upload a photo of your intended wall. Our team reviews it within 24 hours to confirm your install is feasible before we charge your card.
What to photograph
- The full wall from floor to ceiling
- Any outlets, switches, or vents on or near the wall
- The area where you want the tank centered
- Any adjacent walls or corners for context
Wall requirements
- Wall type: Drywall (standard), plaster, or tile — brick and concrete require a site assessment
- Stud spacing: Standard 16" on center preferred; 24" OC supported with extended bracket hardware
- Outlet proximity: An outlet within 12" of the planned tank location is strongly preferred for in-wall concealment
- Clearance: Minimum 2" above and below the tank for bracket hardware and ventilation
- Wall depth: Standard 3.5" stud cavity required for in-wall wire routing

Installation FAQ
Is installation included in the price?
Yes. Every Kraken Wall Aquarium package includes professional installation. There are no separate labor line items — the price you see is the price you pay.
What if there's no outlet near my wall?
Our installer can assess options during the wall photo review. In some cases a new outlet can be added as part of the install. We'll confirm before your install date.
How long does installation take?
Most installs are completed in 3–5 hours. Larger tanks (Abyss and Kraken sizes) or complex wire routing may take up to 7 hours.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. Someone 18+ must be present for the full install. You'll be asked to sign off on completion before the installer leaves.
What happens if something goes wrong after install?
Every install is covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty. If anything related to the installation fails, we send a tech at no charge.
Can I install it myself?
The in-wall wire concealment and bracket system are designed for certified installation. DIY installs void the structural warranty. We strongly recommend using our installer network.
